Due to the speed of changes within the current business climate, the information overflow, the organizational changes in complex environments, all demand companies to act in a more flexible way.

Outsourcing, insourcing, rightsizing, restructurations all do impact the flow of the key business processes and the requested upscaling of the competencies of the workforce.

It’s inevitable to lay-off (individually or collectively) valuable staff members, employees or blue collars who do not meet the required criteria of the competency management standards. TCC offers as well individual as collective outplacement with a team of coaches, psychologists and outplacement consultants.

What do we offer by individual outplacement?

  • Coaching and networking which can be continued after the outplacement process -> Career Coaching.

What do we offer by collective/group outplacement?

Groups will receive training during 1 or 2 days in the following:

  • CV update and job search channels
  • Interview techniques and role plays
  • Career coaching can be offered upon request of the individuals.
