Gisela Baeyens

TCC founder, Gisela Baeyens is a HR specialist with more than 15 years experience in the art of delivering leaders and executive-level talent to her clients.

An expert in finding passion and excellence in others, her work has taken her across the world. Gisela has travelled extensively in Europe, the US, Asia, the Middle East and Africa building invaluable contacts and relationships with future leaders along the way.

Gisela is also a trained NLP specialist who applies her deep understanding of people to the pursuit of attracting truly talented and passionate people to her clients’ companies.

In her own career she has had the opportunity to work on extensive global change management initiatives, and has also launched talent management programmes.

She has spent much of her career in blue-chip companies and her industry experience includes IT, Oil & Gas, Construction & Engineering, FMCG, Logistics, and Chemical.
A firm believer in the power of honesty and integrity, Gisela prides herself on her ability to go the extra mile to bring great people and great companies together.

Mark Foster

Mark Foster has 18 years recruitment experience in a wide variety of roles including operations, marketing, sales, and senior management. He brings direct and in-depth
experience of the automotive, motor sport, oil, construction & engineering and business consultancy sectors and has worked within corporate cultures as diverse as Alsthom of France, the UK’s GEC, and Caterpillar of the USA. His career has seen him living and working across the world with expatriate postings in the USA and Belgium.

Mark has placed candidates in a wide range of senior posts including chairman and managing director positions. He has also placed directors in several specialist fields including research, public affairs and public relations.
